The Healthcare App User Research project aimed to optimize user experience in a complex domain. I conducted contextual inquiries at healthcare facilities, observing medical professionals' workflows and pain points. The findings drove the creation of user personas and informed the app's redesign. Insights gained from shadowing users helped reshape the app's navigation and data input methods.
